Ghosts and Ghouls tales (Tiger Men)

Tiger men, this is for a "Ghosts and Ghouls tales" section of the magazine i work for, this was about Tiger Men, similar to the werewolf tale but instead of full moon they change when there isnt any moon in the sky :P.
